MTG Sick Deals User Agreement

Welcome to mtgsickdeals.com ("Site"), operated by Sick Deals Gaming Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, browsing the Site, or completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy and Data Usage practices described below. Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of checkout are the prices honored for that transaction. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
Preorders: Preorder items are sold based on anticipated availability. Release dates, pricing, and product details for preorder items may change. If a preorder cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a full refund.
Card Condition: We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe the condition of trading card singles. Condition descriptions are based on industry-standard grading guidelines. Minor variations in condition assessment may occur and are not grounds for a return unless the item is materially misrepresented.

5. Buylist and Selling to Us

Our buylist feature allows users to sell trading cards to us. By submitting cards through the buylist:

You represent that you are the lawful owner of the cards and have the right to sell them.
Buylist prices are quotes and may be adjusted upon physical inspection of the cards.
We reserve the right to decline any buylist submission for any reason.
Final buylist values are determined at our sole discretion based on card condition, market value, and inventory needs.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary based on destination and carrier.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you receive an item that is materially different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for return.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet our return criteria.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
Trading card images, game logos, and related intellectual property (including but not limited to Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, and other trading card games) are the property of their respective owners (Wizards of the Coast, The Pokemon Company, etc.) and are used on this Site for identification and informational purposes only.
